What To Expect​

Spa Treatment

A two hour “Body and Soul” spa session is arranged for you at a local spa that includes a 90-minute massage and a 30 minute foot reflexology and energy clearing.

Clearing The Fog

In your second two and a half hour session with Joseph you will reach a deeper layer of healing within yourself. Oftentimes, people feel a healing in something they have repressed deeply or with something they were not aware they had an issue with. You will feel as if a fog has lifted off of you by the end of your time. This retreat is perfect for anyone who has something they are really struggling with, or someone who is relatively clear but wants to open new pathways. Joseph will meet you where you are at and help you to reach the next level in your personal growth.

Explore Sedona

You will have plenty of time to explore the amazing sights of Sedona in between your sessions to allow the magic of Sedona to do its work in helping to integrate your new thoughts and feelings. There are many things to see like Chapel of the Holy Cross, art galleries, Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona's Red Rocks.

​Closing

Joseph will clear anything that is in your space that is not serving what you are looking to achieve in your life. Even if you are not one to feel much, this clearing will have an effect on you. It is timed at the end of your retreat so you are less likely to pull the energies he is clearing back into your body.
